We work with both buyers and sellers, as well as investors and lessees. Each mandate is handled separately with dedicated advisors to ensure there is never a conflict of interest between the two sides of any transaction.

What is the minimum transaction size?

Our acquisition mandates typically involve properties valued at USD $10 million and above. For investment advisory mandates, we typically engage on allocations of USD $25 million or greater.

Can you represent clients in jurisdictions outside your office locations?

Yes. We have operated in over 40 countries through a combination of our own advisors and a carefully vetted network of exclusive local representatives. No market is out of reach.

How do you protect client confidentiality during a sale?

All buyers are pre-qualified and required to execute an NDA before any property details are disclosed. We have never experienced a confidentiality breach in 40 years of operation.

What fees do you charge?

Our fees are discussed in full transparency during the initial consultation and are structured as a percentage of transaction value. We never charge upfront retainers for standard acquisition or sale mandates.
