Is the initial consultation truly free?
Yes. Our initial consultation is confidential, without obligation, and at no cost. We do not charge retainers for acquisition or sale mandates — our fees are success-based and discussed transparently before any mandate is accepted.
Can I request a consultation from outside the USA?
Absolutely. We serve clients across six continents and conduct initial consultations by phone, video conference, or in person at any of our global offices — or at a location of your choosing.
How quickly can you identify suitable properties?
For well-defined acquisition mandates, we typically present a curated initial selection within 14 days. For highly specific requirements, this may extend to 30 days while we deploy the full depth of our private network.
What information do you need to get started?
Very little initially — a broad outline of your requirements and preferred contact method is sufficient for the first conversation. We gather the detailed brief during the formal consultation.
Do you handle legal and financial aspects of a transaction?
We work in close coordination with your legal and financial advisors, and can introduce you to trusted specialists in each jurisdiction where we operate. We do not provide legal or financial advice directly.
